Verified listings of PGs and rental accommodations.

Lead generation and booking assistance.

Contact exchange between tenants and property owners.

We do not own or manage any PG properties listed on the platform.

  1. 🧑 User Responsibilities As a user, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Not use false identities or misrepresent yourself.

Refrain from posting abusive, misleading, or illegal content.

Use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed.

  1. 🏘️ For PG Owners & Listers If you list a PG or property:

You confirm you have the legal right to rent or list the property.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing details.

You must keep your contact information and availability updated.

We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that violates our terms or quality standards.

  1. 💳 Payments & Subscriptions Payments made for premium listings or booking assistance are non-transferable.

Refunds are handled as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

EasyMyPG does not guarantee bookings or occupancy.

  1. 🔒 Privacy Your use of EasyMyPG is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.

  2. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability EasyMyPG acts as a listing and discovery platform only. We:

Do not guarantee the condition, safety, or legality of listed properties.

Are not liable for disputes, damages, or loss arising from property dealings.

Are not a broker or property manager.

  1. 🛠️ Modifications We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

  2. ❌ Account Suspension We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

Harm the reputation or functioning of the platform
